Mr. Duke shepherds business and individuals through their most intimate and complex legal problems. While Mr. Duke leads the Firm’s litigation practice, he prides himself in prioritizing practical, cost-effective solutions before jumping straight to a lawsuit. However, if litigation becomes necessary, Mr. Duke zealously advocates for his clients' rights and strategically positioning his clients for optimal results.

Mr. Duke practice focuses on disputes relating to real estate, construction, contracts, and partnership/shareholder matters. Jarred has significant experience counseling owners, general contractors and subcontractors in all aspects of a construction project, including drafting construction contracts, managing relationships between the parties, and resolving a wide variety of construction disputes.  Owners of high-end projects especially appreciate Mr. Duke’s guidance to protect their properties from contractor’s liens. Mr. Duke has also developed a niche practice for clients in the landscaping industry by serving as general counsel for one of the largest landscaping companies in the country.

Mr. Duke is a graduate of the New York University School of Law and his peers have recognized him as a leader in the legal profession. Florida Super Lawyers recognized Mr. Duke as a “Rising Star" in 2019 and 2020, and Best Lawyers in America recognized Mr. Duke as "One to Watch" in 2021.

Jarred is a native of Lee County and a proud alumnus Florida Gulf Coast University and Evangelical Christian School. Prior to forming Davies Duke, Jarred practiced business litigation in the Fort Myers office of a national law firm and with the oldest and largest law firm in Southwest Florida. At both firms, Mr. Duke gained unmatched experience and training from some of the finest lawyers Southwest Florida has to offer. As a native, Mr. Duke is committed to serving his community. Most notably, Mr. Duke serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees of Evangelical Christian School, which is the largest private school in Southwest Florida.
